Appointments & Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide 24 hours notice. Your consideration in this matter will allow us to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment.

Emergencies

We provide on-call service for emergencies. Just call our office at 770-919-1190 so that the physician on call can be contacted.

Emergency after-hours coverage is provided by one of the physicians. The On-Call doctor can be reached by dialing the main number: 770-919-1190.

Payment

Atlanta Arthroscopy & Joint Replacement accepts cash as well as the following credit cards:

All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. This includes payment for any surgical procedures, which is usually taken care of in advance. We accept cash and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
